Really cool! I wonder to what extent they r talking of the “singularity” arriving in 2029 when computers outdo human brain processing & we become even more dependent on AI. This according to head of research at Google.
Of course AI can only become intelligent but not conscious. Our consciousness can be diminished by forgetting the difference between the two & letting ourselves become dependent on mere digital logic. The “singularity” is the trap that Elon Musk & Bill Gates say is the tech that is more dangerous than climate change.

Gary, I cringe at the prospect, but our “real” intelligence hasn’t done so well with the planet. Who knows?
