“Humanitarianism is the expression of stupidity and cowardice.”

“Do not compare yourself to others. If you do so, you are insulting yourself.”

“The victor will never be asked if he told the truth. ”

“The only preventative measure one can take is to live irregularly.”

“I use emotion for the many and reserve reason for the few.”

“______________ will start winning again, winning like never before.

“The receptivity of the masses is very limited, their intelligence is small, but their power of forgetting is enormous. In consequence of these facts, all effective propaganda must be limited to a very few points and must harp on these in slogans until the last member of the public understands what you want him to understand by your slogan.”

“. . . People can be made to see paradise as hell, and also the other way round, to consider the most wretched sort of life as paradise.”

“I know that fewer people are won over by the written word than by the spoken word and that every great movement on this earth owes its growth to great speakers and not to great writers.”

“It is the press, above all, which wages a positively fanatical and slanderous struggle, tearing down everything which can be regarded as a support of national independence, cultural elevation, and the economic independence of the nation.”

“We will build new roads, and highways, and bridges, and airports, and tunnels, and railways all across our wonderful nation.”

“We share one heart, one home, and one glorious destiny.”

“The highest form of vanity is love of fame.”

Don’t be shy! Who said what?

  1. Numbers 6 & 11 are surely from 45? Several others sound like Ayn Rand, and others like Goebbels (especially the 7th and 8th). On the other hand, it wouldn’t surprise me to find that 45 said them all, though the phrase “cultural elevation” really doesn’t sound like what I’ve become accustomed to hearing from him. Mostly he is about cultural degradation.

  2. Adolph Hitler for at least the first few….45 has read His scree and is using it as a guide. How long will “we” put up with this?? MSMedia needs to call him what he is- it’s not editorializing, it’s fact providing.
